Masterchef winner, author and cook Tommi Miers returns to bring the very best of Spanish cuisine to the table. Combining classic Spanish dishes, which Tommi prepares at home, with her adventures on the road across the Iberian countryside, she reveals the best-kept secrets from the kitchens of regional Spain.
Accompanying Tommi is fellow adventurer Guy Grieve, on hand abroad when the wild boar needs butchering, the octopus needs gutting or the rabbits need catching. Together, they go off the beaten track in their hunt for the authentic flavours of Spain. Andalusia, in the south of Spain, is the first port of call.

what a fabulous programme, is there a cookery book to accompany this programme?I have travelled extensively in Spain and never found cooking like this.
