ABC Greenlights ‘Inside the Box’ From Grey’s Anatomy Creator
US TV network has greenlit a pilot created by Shonda Rhimes, the woman responsible for Grey’s Anatomy.
The Hollywood Reporter states that “Inside the Box,” will be written by Richard E. Robbins and will centre on an ambitious female news producer and her colleagues.
Rhimes has long wanted to make a show focusing on the world of journalism. In fact in 2006 she developed a series idea for a show about a group of female journalists but this was put to the back burner when Rhimes got busy with “Grey’s” and its spinoff, “Private Practice.”
