Glamour model, Alicia Douvall has revealed she’d love the chance to act in a proper English soap opera.

“I’d love to be in one of the soaps – a brassy barmaid,” she told thisiscroydontoday.co.uk.

“Corrie would be great – it’s part of England isn’t it? It would be great to be part of that.”

She continued: “Acting is my passion. Very few people know I’m a trained actress and it’s something I’m focusing on.”

Alicia is one of seven fallen stars being followed by cameras as they prepare to combat their various destructive addictions, at the established rehabilitation clinic Passages in Malibu, California. Living’s new reality series Rehab begins on February 11.

Alicia spoke of her feelings before entering the show saying: “I went in really sceptical, but I didn’t think it would change me.

“I’ve been a public car crash for a long time, so going into rehab in public seemed quite sensible. I do feel better for having done it.

“I think everyone should do it at least once in their life.”
