Amanda Holden the new Cilla Black?
Amanda Holden is reportedly being groomed as the “next Cilla Black” for American TV.
Amanda has made a bit of a splash in the US recently and The Daily Mail has reported that she has been offered a TV show very like ‘Surprise Surprise.’
“Amanda would be like a new Cilla Black. One reason she was great on Britain’s Got Talent was that she gets really emotionally involved with the acts,” said a production source.
“She has a lot of warmth, which viewers find appealing, and she can connect with people well. That’s what the Americans like about her.”
