Pushing Daisies actress Anna Friel is said to be returning to the UK on a permanent basis.

Friel’s show was axed recently by US TV network ABC and she is soon to return to the UK for a role in a crime drama.

A source told The Mail On Sunday: “Anna has to come back to England for work. She will be here for eight months and is seriously considering making it a full-time move.

“Her daughter Gracie is only three, and although she is enrolled in a school in L.A., it won’t be too much hassle for her to move. Anna has hired an English nanny to help when she is filming and can’t wait to return to her family and friends.”
