Katie Price Pulls Out Of Jonathan Ross This Friday

Katie Price has pulled out of her appearance on Jonathan Ross this Friday.

Katie was supposed to be giving Jonathan the first interview since her marriage breakup, detailing what happened and what she has planned for the future. According to her spokesman, however, Price “does not feel ready” to talk about her current situation.

It’s not like Katie to be so coy, she must have got a better and exclusive offer from another TV show or magazine.

David Tennant To Appear On Sarah Jane Adventures

Outgoing timelord David Tennant is set to make a special appearance on spin off show The Sarah Jane Adventures.

Russell Davies told the BBC that Tennant’s stint will be a full appearance and not a minor cameo.

Elisabeth Sladen plays Sarah Jane and starred in Doctor Who with Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker between 1973 and 1976. She said she was “absolutely over the moon” to now be co-starring alongside Tennant.

Is Davina McCall The New Oprah?

It seems that Davina McCall doesn’t ever learn her lesson and even after her chat show ‘Davina’ flopped back in 2006, she is still going ahead and making a new one.

McCall’s new show will not focus on celebrities, looking instead to normal people, Jeremy Kyle style. She prefers to see herself more as an Oprah figure though and told The Sun:

“I’m not Oprah, but it’s that kind of thing.

Twitter Coming To A TV Near You

Social networking site Twitter, is coming to a television near you.

Reveille and Brillstein Entertainment Partners have announced that they have joined forces with the micro-blogging service to develop a show centred around Twitter.

Created by novelist Amy Ephron, sister of Nora and Delia Ephron, the show will feature ordinary people competing while on the trail of celebrities.

Mackenzie Crook, Sarah Parish, Charles Dance & Adrian Lester For Merlin

Pirates Of The Caribbean star Mackenzie Crook will make a guest appearance on the new series of BBC One’s Merlin.

Crook will play creepy Cedric, who is out to undermine Merlin and ingratiate himself with Prince Arthur.

Cutting It actress Sarah Parish, Hustle’s Adrian Lester and Charles Dance will also show up throughout the series.

From the maker of British TV classics Birds of a Feather, Auf Wiedersehen Pet and Lovejoy, come a new seven-part comedy series, Mumbai Calling.

Sanjeev Bhaskar, Nitin Ganatra, and Daisy Beaumont star in this brand new comedy broadcast in primetime on ITV1. The series features a huge Indian cast as well as guest appearances by a host of familiar British faces across the seven weeks including Richard E Grant and Dennis Lawson, Indian Superstars Lilette Dubey, Chunky Pandey and Raj Zutshi (Slumdog Millionaire) and rising star Via Das.

Coronation Street: Sally Whittaker Finds Cast Changes Hard

Coronation Street actress Sally Whittaker has admitted that she finds cast changes in the ITV soap difficult to cope with.

Sally has been on the soap for 23 years and seen many people come and go, she told MSN:

“It is really hard because you start to get a relationship with people and some people you get really close to.”

She continued: “And obviously a lot people who’ve worked on Corrie live in London and then they’re off doing things and you just don’t get to see them. I’ve got a few people that I keep in touch with, but it is really hard because everyone’s so busy.”

CHURCHILL’S DARKEST DECISION: Channel 4

Churchill had to make a choice: to either trust that the French government would never hand over their ships to Hitler; or destroy them himself. The film interviews French survivors, and also a British war veteran, a sailor who opened fire on his former allies. Joe Swash Injured On Celebrity Total Wipeout

Former Eastenders actor sustained an arm injury whilst filming for Celebrity Total Wipeout according to The Sun.

The paper reports that Swash required hospital treatment for an arm injury he sustained while filming the show in Argentina.

He is said to have been injured whilst taking part in the Dizzy Dummies challenge. In the game contestants sit on a high speed merry go round before jumping off and completing an assault course.

Now this is what a promo clip should be! ABC are currently promoting their autumn lineup and in the clip above the show the stars of all their major shows living in one house together.

Given that the house contains McSteamy from Grey’s, Justin and Robert from Brothers and Sisters and Jack from Lost, it’s a house that I would pay BIG money to visit once in a while….

Coronation Street: Kevin & Molly’s Affair

Why oh why would Molly Dobbs hav an affair with Kevin Webster? Tyrone may not be much of a looker but at least he’s not covered in 90% body hair and old enough to be her dad.

For those of you that don’t know, Kevin and Molly begin a steamy affair after Molly starts working on the garage books late into the night.

The picture above shows the pair driving into the countryside for some peace and quiet, unfortunately something goes wrong and they end up with a police man knocking on their window. If they get scared by that how terrified are they going to be when Sally finds out?
