Baggy Trousers, E4’s New Sitcom
After the huge success of E4’s first original television programme, Skins, E4 have commissioned it’s first ever sitcom.
The TV show will be called Baggy Trousers (after the Madness song) and will take a satirical look at life in a UK suburb.
“It’s a world of failed driving tests, futile crushes, sibling brawls, trying to get girls to like you and endless embarrassments in front of giggling peers,” said a Channel 4 spokesperson.
The show will be written by Iain Morris, who script-edited Peep Show. Casting has not been announced.
