While we may have to wait until 2016 for Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice to hit cinemas across the globe, plenty of interesting spoilers have come out about the highly anticipated film.

Batman vs Superman will see a host of DC’s most loved superheroes and villains including Superman (Henry Cavill) and the new Batman in Ben Affleck. Also joining the already jam packed film is Lois Lane (Amy Adams), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg).

Ahead of the release, Amy Adams has been talking about what viewers can expect from her character Lois Lane. We also have all the latest information on a young Bruce Wayne being cast and just what once Batman Michael Keaton has had to say on Ben Affleck’s new role.

Amy Adams discussed with Collider how her character is ‘key’ to getting the information and she talked at length about how Lois will be there getting the information, figuring it out and putting it together.

Even though she joked that Lois will leave the ‘heavy lifting to the boys’, she went on to hint that she could well have a scene with Jason Momoa, set to play Aquaman himself. The film according to the actress is a “big fest of muscles”.

Looking ahead to the film itself, it looks like we’re going to see that moment when Bruce Wayne’s parents are brutally gunned down. According to a latest casting call from Midthunder Casting, it reports that they’re looking for two Caucasian males aged 10 and 12.

Interestingly, they’re after young actors with martial art skills – could this be a sign we’re set to see a young Batman in training? It would certainly be an interesting twist on the norm.

Meanwhile, Michael Keaton famously portrayed The Dark Knight in Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992). While Christian Bale admitted to being jealous of Ben Affleck’s new role, Keaton gave a swift answer to whether or not he felt the same in an interview with Shortlist “No. Do you know why? Because I’m Batman. I’m very secure in that” the actor admitted.

Are you looking forward to the film? Let us know in the comments below..
