BBC Commissions Hotel Babylon Series 4!

Hotel Babylon

Carnival Films has been commissioned to produce a fourth series of Hotel Babylon for BBC One.

Hotel Babylon has been a consistent ratings hit since its debut on BBC One in 2006 and has also been an international success, selling to over 40 territories.

Inspired by Imogen Edwards-Jones’ searing exposé of life behind the scenes of London’s luxury hotel industry, Hotel Babylon looks beyond the glitz and glamour and delves into the frantic lives of the staff and guests.

Gareth Neame, Carnival’s Managing Director, says: “We are delighted that BBC One has recommissioned the show as it is so popular with the audience. It has become a global brand and we look forward to delivering even more exciting and contemporary storylines in season four.”

Sarah Brandist, BBC Commissioning Editor, Independent Drama, says: “We’re really thrilled to be opening the doors of Hotel Babylon for another series. Audiences have continued to love the show this year and future storylines promise a truly explosive fourth series!”
