BBC Replace Neighbours With All Saints
After losing popular Australian soap opera, Neighbours to Channel Five, the BBC have aquired a new Aussie soap to take its place.
All Saints is a soap based in a ward of All Saints hospital in Sydney. The show was the top rated Australian made drama in the country last year.
BBC head of series, Sue Deeks, said the show had “engaging” characters, “compelling” storylines and “superb” production values.
Deeks added: “We are delighted that BBC viewers are finally going to have the opportunity to see this multi-award winning series.”
