BBC To Censor The Teletubbies?
The BBC have ordered staff to look back over old episodes of the Teletubbies to make sure they don’t break any rules.
In their fear over another huge scandal, the TV channel are checking out episodes of all their old shows to ensure that standards are met, though it seems a little strange that they are putting such emphasis on one in which the characters can’t even speak!
An insider told The Sun: “This really is bonkers. Fair enough checking the more controversial shows, but a programme for the under-fives? It’s ludicrous.”
I’d have to agree.
