Last night (May 19th) the Billboard Music Awards returned to celebrate the biggest and best stars in the world of music. The awards ceremony, which was held in Las Vegas, also saw some of the biggest names in the industry take to the stage to perform and there were a few who enjoyed a rather successful night indeed.

Unlike other award ceremonies the panel take into consideration Nielsen sales data, number of downloads and total airplay as opposed to just votes for its nominations.
