Billie Piper To Return To Doctor Who
The BBC has confirmed that actress Billie Piper will return to Doctor Who in the next series for three episodes.
Piper will reclaim the role of Rose Tyler, who was last seen in series two, stuck in a parallel universe.
The new series begins in March and will run for 13 episodes. Rose’s return will mean the Doctor has three assistants in next year’s series – Donna, played by Catherine Tate, and Freema Agyeman as Martha.
