Season two of the acclaimed forensic drama from award- winning novelist Kathy Reichs reaches a dramatic climax this week.
Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) investigate the tragic death of a young 10-year-old girl after finding her remains. But when Angela’s (Michaela Conlin) facial reconstruction reveals the face of a frail 80- year-old woman, rather than that of a child, the team are left puzzled and with no clue as to the identity of the victim or her killer.
But Brennan soon has greater concerns when her father Max (Ryan O’Neal) makes another unwanted appearance. He may be reaching out to his estranged daughter, but how will she take the latest revelation from her past?
Meanwhile, wedding bells are in the air for Hodgins (TJ Thyne) and Angela as they prepare to tie the knot. Brennan and Booth take on the duties of maid of honour and best man respectively, while bearded ZZ Top frontman Billy Gibbons makes a guest appearance as Angela’s father. But things do not go as smoothly as the couple hope when a shocking revelation threatens to destroy everything…
