It’s all go here as we prepare for The BRIT Awards 2014 which will take place next Wednesday the 19th of February live from the O2 Arena in London.

Throughout the day yesterday the nominations for the first social vote were revealed for the British Video Award on the official BRIT Awards YouTube page and we’ve got the 5 nominees right here.

This year at the BRIT Awards 2014 fans from around the world will be able to tune in to the ceremony via YouTube and take part in voting online for the British Video Award.

The shortlist for the ‘British Video Award’ can be seen below and according to the BRITs is based on official YouTube views.

Calvin Harris Ft Ellie Goulding – ‘I Need Your Love’

Ellie Goulding – ‘Burn’

John Newman – ‘Love Me Again’

Naughty Boy Ft Sam Smith – ‘La La La’

One Direction – ‘Best Song Ever’

Fans watching the BRIT Awards 2014 from the UK and internationally will get the opportunity to vote on their winner from the above nominees on the night.

Voting will open when the BRIT Awards 2014 goes live at 8pm on the 19th of February live from London’s O2 Arena and on ITV 1 and YouTube.

The voting will take place exclusively on Twitter and unique hashtags will be revealed for each video. However only one vote per Twitter account will be counted.

The BRIT Awards 2014 looks set to be an incredible night of music and we’ve got the full list of nominations right here.

Katy Perry 1

Performer wise the list keeps growing with Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Arctic Monkeys, Bastille, Pharrell Williams and Rudimental being just some of the names announced.

While it’s not been confirmed officially it sounds like Beyonce is coming to London to perform at the annual ceremony though watch this space for any official confirmation.
