Cape Wrath Comes To Channel 4
A dark and unpredictable new drama series, Cape Wrath stars David Morrissey as Danny Brogan, a family man looking to start a new life. When Danny and his wife Evelyn (Lucy Cohu) move to “Meadowlands”, they appear to have landed on their feet in a 21st-century suburban paradise.
On the run from their past, the Brogans are here under new identities as part of a protective custody programme. But beneath its pleasant, hospitable exterior, the Meadowlands community hides a rich seam of unsettling secrets.

I watched this with my neighbours as we live close to Leybourne Lakes and Kings Hill where this was filmed. We were horrified by the incessant and unnecessary violence which spoilt what could have been an interesting series. We won’t be watching again. Twin Peaks was a hundred times better with an hundredth of the violence.
