Catherine Tate Would Return To Doctor Who
Actress Catherine Tate has revealed that she would return to the cast of Doctor Who if she was asked.
Tate told Doctor Who Magazine: “I knew that there would definitely be an end to Donna, at the end of the series.
“But had that not been the case, had it been open-ended, had there been potential for Donna to stay on for another series, I must confess that I’d have said ‘yes’ like a shot.”
Although Donna’s mind was wiped at the end of the last series, Tate still thinks she could return: “Could Donna come back? Well, in science fiction, anything is possible.”

Tate has to come back. She was a consummate actor this season and an excellent companion. Just like all of the new old companions, I have the greatest hope that she’ll return for at least a few more adventures, if nothing else in the form of a two or three parter.
