The fourth season of highly acclaimed detective drama Cold Case follows Lilly Rush (Kathryn Morris) and the Philadelphia homicide squad as they revisit crimes from the past. Rush often has to open up old wounds to find the perpetrators of seemingly unsolvable crimes, but she makes it her business to make sure that no victim is forgotten. Each episode features music from the year the crime took place. Also starring John Finn as Lt John Stillman, Thom Barry as Detective Will Jeffries, Jeremy Ratchford as Detective Nick Vera and Danny Pino as Detective Scotty Valens.

Racial tensions resurface when Rush reopens the 1975 case of a young white girl who went missing after befriending a young black girl in a predominately white town.
