Coming up on Coronation Street

On Monday in the 7:30pm episode, an excited Jason and Tina tell Eileen about their plans to buy a property and do it up. Eileen’s slightly concerned about how quickly everything’s moving, but she comes round to the idea. David Platt however is never going to warm to the idea of Jason and Tina being an item and he boasts to Jason how he put Gary behind bars to ensure he couldn’t get his hands on Tina.
Jason tells a furious Tina who confronts David and spells it out to him that she’s with Jason now and she never wants anything to do with him again. Will this news push David over the edge?
Sally tells Kevin that she wants to throw a party for her birthday and invite some ‘nice people’ round. Kevin’s much more preoccupied with Molly and half heartedly agrees, but when he goes to try and see Molly, he spies Tyrone giving her a bunch of flowers and a kiss. Feeling hurt, Kevin has no idea that Tyrone’s telling her he’s cooking dinner to say sorry for getting drunk and spoiling the previous evening.
Graeme spots Joe’s painkillers and Joe’s interested to hear how there was a black market for them when Graeme was in the young offenders’ institution. Later a desperate Joe seeks Graeme out and asks him if he can get him some painkillers, just until his back’s better. Graeme agrees to speak to his contact.
New Underworld shareholder Rosie tells Luke and Tony about her ideas for a new sexier lingerie range. Tony can barely disguise his contempt whilst Luke pretends to take an interest.
Whilst Luke’s working on keeping the factory afloat Tony has other fish to fry and leaves to collect Maria and baby Liam from the hospital.
Elsewhere, Eddie continues to nag Anna about getting married but to no avail, and Sean goes to the gym and is delighted when Leon climbs in the jacuzzi with him.

At 8:30pm, David’s still struggling to come to terms with the news that Tina and Jason are an item. He’s livid with Jason for stealing his girlfriend and decides to take action. Standing in front of Jason’s truck, he forces him to slam on the brakes. Jason’s furious and jumps out demanding to know what David’s playing at. All David’s pent up rage comes out and he vents his anger on Jason by reigning blows and objects down on him repeatedly.

Joe and Graeme manage to pull him off, but the fight’s done little for Eileen and Gail’s relationship. David puts on a brave face and tells Gail he’s over Tina, but alone with Ted, David can no longer hide his emotions and sobs in his granddad’s arms.
Maria’s touched to discover Tony’s cleaned the house and made everything nice for her and baby Liam. She tells him how grateful she is but suggests that maybe it’s time for him to move back home as she’s got to learn to cope alone, and she knows how busy he is. Tony agrees but both he and Maria are secretly gutted that he’s leaving.
Sean chats up Leon and is pleased to learn that he’s single, but Leon thinks Sean and Jason are an item; Sean’s going to have to think on his feet if he’s to get his man.
Elsewhere, love is in the air as Jesse calls in at the cab office and flirts with Eileen. Bill meanwhile answers a personal ad in the Gazette, unaware that it’s Pam’s advert.

On Wednesday, as Sally makes preparations for her party, Kevin’s mind is very much on Molly. She calls in to see him at the garage just as a customer arrives with a posh car and asks Kevin to fix it. In a moment of madness, Kevin insists Molly climb in the car so he can take her for a spin.
They drive to a secluded spot but as passion takes over and they , they’re shocked when a police officer knocks on the car window. Shaken by their brush with the law, Kevin and Molly return to the street where Kevin finds the furious owner of the car there waiting for him. But all the risk taking has merely increased Kevin’s ardour and he calls in the corner shop and drags Molly into the back room and kisses her. Swept away by his passion, Molly agrees to a night in a country hotel with him.
New mum Maria is tearful and wonders if she’ll be able to cope alone with the baby. She’s grateful when Tony offers to stay a bit longer but is there more to his offer than meets the eye?
Graeme furtively delivers Joe’s painkillers but refuses to take payment and tells him it’s a one-off as he’s trying to go straight these days.
Jason goes to see the bank manager about a mortgage but he’s disappointed to find that he and Tina will need a 25% deposit. Meanwhile, David’s distraught over losing Tina and Ted does his best to comfort him.
Elsewhere, Pam gets Molly to phone Bill and set up the personal ad date with him so he won’t know that it’s actually Pam he’s going to meet.
On Friday at 7:30pm, it’s Sally’s birthday and she excitedly opens her birthday presents at the breakfast table. Rosie shows off by giving her some diamond earrings but Kevin’s mind is on Molly. He lies saying he’s been invited to a birthday reunion party by an old school mate in Bristol on Saturday. An unsuspecting Sally tells him he should go whilst over the road, Molly lies to Tyrone saying she’s going to spend the night at her dad’s on Saturday as she hasn’t seen him for ages. Oblivious, Tyrone agrees that’s a good idea.
As the party is about to start, Kevin furtively makes a booking at the Lowry Hotel for him and Molly but things start to go wrong when Sally answers a call from the hotel on Kevin’s mobile – how will he get out of this one?
As Maria busies herself preparing for Helen and Barry’s visit, Tony suggests he should make himself scarce but Maria insists they’ve nothing to hide and he should stay.
An irritated Fiz jokingly gives Rosie’s new car a smack with a magazine, mindful that John’s money bought. This prompts Chesney to tell the Websters that Fiz is trying to damage Rosie’s car. It’s the last straw for Fiz and furious with Chesney, she tells him she’s off to visit John whether he likes it or not.
Elsewhere, back at the party man-eater Rosie corners Ben and tries to talk to him about sex. He’s relieved when Sophie rescues him.
As Sally waits for an explanation about the hotel booking, Molly gives Kevin a life-line and tells Sally that Kevin booked the Lowry Hotel as a surprise birthday present for her. Sally’s thrilled but Molly’s gutted that their romantic night away is ruined and, feigning a headache, Molly leaves the party and heads home.

She phones Kevin and tells him to come round and, lying to Sally saying he needs to check on the garage, Kevin heads straight for number 9. The pair fall into each others arms and have sex on the sofa! But they’ve crossed a line and a guilt ridden Kevin returns home to Sally who thanks him for the surprise hotel present and tells him he’s the best husband in the world.
Fiz tells John that she wants to marry him in prison as soon as possible. Secretly, she’s worried about everyone’s reaction, particularly Chesney’s, but with John oblivious to the problems Fiz is having back in Weatherfield, he agrees to getting the wedding booked as soon as possible.

At Sally’s party, Rosie proceeds to wind Sophie up by flirting with Ben. Sophie finally flips and throws a drink over Rosie but her actions cause Sophie more problems when Ben tells Sophie he doesn’t go out with drunk girls who get into fights. Sophie’s upset whilst Rosie’s quietly pleased.

And finally, Barry and Helen fuss over Maria and their grandson and Helen reckons that Tony must fancy Maria to be living at the house and doing so much for her. Maria assures her they’re just friends but Helen remains suspicious.
