He tells them they can leave if they don’t trust him and promises to sort out the problem as soon as possible, blaming a mix-up at the bank. He only wins them round by offering them a bonus if they finish the order on time.

Tina’s less than impressed when she discovers that David has given Graeme £300 to buy him a car and when Graeme turns up in a fancy motor that has clearly been stolen, she’s furious. Meanwhile, Gail and Joe are still skulking around trying to keep their romance a secret.

Peter’s surprised when his visit to Lucy’s solicitor proves extremely lucrative; she’s left him everything in her estate on the proviso that he brings up his son. Once back on the Street, Peter immediately makes Dan an offer for the bookies and Ken is delighted that he’s decided to stay around and bring up Simon. But Ken’s pleasure turns to dismay when he discovers that Peter has only done it for the money.

Amber’s stunned when she finds Tara emerging from Dev’s bedroom and quizzes her dad about what’s going on. Dev’s determined to try and make a go of things and decides to visit Prem in the hope of getting his blessing. While he’s there, he asks Prem not to tell Tara about his fling with Nina.
