Coming up on Emmerdale

On Monday, Ryan’s astounded when Faye tells him she’s returned the money to Cain. He tells her that it was a bonus for bringing in a new contract and believing him, Faye goes to the garage later that day to apologise to Cain and agrees to take him for a drink that evening.
Cain continues to flirt with her at the pub and when they arrive back at her house, they finally kiss. However, Faye quickly pulls away and asks him to leave before things go any further. Is Faye falling for Cain?
Meanwhile, Natasha’s shocked to discover Nathan’s got himself mixed up with Cain and is upset when he decides to go to London to get away and clear his head…
Mark tries his best to heal the rift in the family and suggests they take a family holiday, but Natasha’s frustrated that he thinks a weekend away can solve all their problems. Mark’s consumed with guilt as she reminds him he’s already driven one of their children out. With Ryan and Faye in the village, will the Wyldes be able to overcome their problems?
Debbie’s gutted about Michael’s revelation and makes Chas feel terrible about her own behaviour when she condemns his two timing. Later, Carl visits Chas, who’s sill in turmoil, and tells her she has a big decision to make. She pleads with him not to barge his way back into her life, but he insists that she’s going to have to tell Paddy the truth about what’s happened. Will Chas confess to Paddy?
Elsewhere, Laurel and Ashley go to the dinner date they’ve been dreading at Sally and Vincent’s house, and as Vincent continues to wind Ashley up, Sally defends him. Does Sally still have a soft spot for Ashley?

Michael begs Debbie for the chance to explain, but she’s furious as he tells her he didn’t want to hurt her and wants to carry on seeing her. Debbie makes it clear she’s not going to be his bit on the side, but she’s clearly conflicted when he pleads with her to give him another chance. Will Debbie remain strong or follow her heart?
Also, Marlon’s paranoid that Moira’s after his job at the pub, and Aaron leaves for Ibiza.

On Tuesday, Cain tries to comfort a gutted Debbie and can’t hide his rage at Michael for the way he’s treated her. When Michael arrives in the village to see her, a furious Cain attacks him, slamming him against his car and warning him to stay away from his daughter. Unnerved, Michael makes to leave, but Cain’s still fuming and punches him as he turns to go. Debbie’s disconcerted when Cain tells her he beat Michael up and adds that he’ll see to it that he’ll be sorry if he ever shows up again.
However, later that night, Debbie’s alone at home when Michael sneaks in to see her. She’s torn as he declares he can’t walk away from her, but she remains impassive. When he leaves, he tells her he’s staying at a hotel in town and will be there until tomorrow afternoon – if she doesn’t come and see him he’ll know she doesn’t want him. Will Debbie succumb to her feelings and go to the hotel?
Chas tries to convince herself that she’s doing Paddy a favour by not telling him about her one night stand with Carl. However, when Paddy arrives home from his course with flowers and chocolates, her heart melts and she feels terrible. Overcome with both guilt and affection for him, she finds it difficult to lie to him and feels very uncomfortable when Carl’s in the pub later that day.
Terrified of Paddy finding out, Chas follows Carl out of the pub after seeing them talking. Carl assures her he hasn’t said anything to him, but he reminds her that this isn’t going to go away. Carl’s frustrated and Chas is in turmoil; how long can they hide their secret from Paddy?
Also, Faye and Cain continue to flirt and when he goes into the Woolpack toilets to find her, it’s clear there’s chemistry between them. Will Faye allow herself to be seduced?
Nicola continues to cause chaos at work when she arrives with Angelica, but she’s worried she’s going to lose her job when Natasha suggests she works from home.
On Wednesday, Debbie gives in to temptation and goes to Michael’s hotel. As soon as she arrives, she pushes him into the bedroom and starts kissing him passionately as they fall onto the bed. Afterwards, she tells him she knows he won’t end things with the other woman but she’ll stay with him as long as they can continue to have fun. She reiterates that they’ll have to keep it a secret from Cain as he’s dangerous and he already hates Michael. Will they be able to keep their affair a secret?

Faye and Cain continue to flirt with each other and its clear Mark’s uneasy as he witnesses them getting closer. When Maisie confirms his suspicions that something’s going on between them, Cain threatens Maisie. On hearing this, Mark goes to Faye’s house and tells her to tell her boyfriend to stay away from his family. Faye’s incredulous but she’s pleased that she seems to be rattling Mark. In the pub later, she flirts with Cain, intent on making Mark jealous. Is she using Cain? Will Mark rise to the bait?
Meanwhile, Carl arrives at the vet’s to see Chas and he tells her he loves her. She asks him to leave her alone but he tells her he knows that’s not what she wants, she just can’t bring herself to hurt Paddy. Chas tells him that she feels safe with Paddy, but when she fails to look Carl in the eye and tell him she doesn’t love him, he pleads with her to be honest to herself and Paddy.
Laurel feels pushed out as Ashley and Sally are in high spirits after cricket practice, and get closer as they talk tactics for the match. As Ashley and Sally reminisce about old times, Laurel makes it clear it’s time for Sally to leave. Ashley’s aware of Laurel’s tone and reminds her there’s only one more day until the match is over and Vincent and Sally are out of their lives. Laurel’s relieved, but will Vincent and Sally be so easy to get out of their lives?
Also, Nicola’s convinced she’s about to be sacked when Natasha arrives at the house for a word and is shocked when she tells her that her job’s safe and she should take proper maternity leave to enjoy being a mum for a while.

Finally, Marlon continues to be wound up by Moira.
On Thursday at 7pm, Carl drops another hint to Chas, in front of Paddy, that she needs to tell him the truth, and she starts to think he has a point; she can’t continue living in fear that he’s going to find out. Katie warns her that her whole life is at risk and to think long and hard before she makes any rash decisions about leaving Paddy, but Chas can’t see any other options. She feels wretched for betraying his trust and can’t live with herself.

Meanwhile, Paddy’s on his way to the cricket match when Carl stops him and tells him they need to have a serious chat in private. Paddy knows what’s coming and tries to laugh it off when Carl tells him Chas doesn’t want to be with him, but he’s crushed when Carl drops the bombshell that they slept together. Will Paddy ever forgive Chas? Will Chas ever forgive Carl for going behind her back and telling Paddy?
Elsewhere, Bob’s still trying his best to keep Gennie and Jamie apart. She admits to Viv and Brenda that she’d like Jamie to be more than a friend, and Bob’s disconcerted when he overhears her telling the women that they’ve already shared a charged moment at Katie’s party. Will Bob tell his son about his secret fling with Gennie?
Michael arrives in the village and spends an afternoon in bed with Debbie at Tug Ghyll. However, when Cain arrives home, Debbie’s terrified. Will Cain catch Michael?

Also, it’s the day of the cricket match and Ashley’s tense. Meanwhile, Laurel’s on the opposing team and she’s irritated to see Ashley and Sally getting so close.
At the pub, it’s Marlon’s day off and he’s left Moira a menu plan to stick to, but she disregards it and adds in her pies, which go down a treat with the locals. How will Marlon react to the new additions to his menu?

At 8pm, a fuming Paddy reels as he takes in the news that Chas has betrayed him, and feeling utterly humiliated, he roars at Carl to get out of his house. Lunging forwards, he goes to attack Carl, who dodges him and leaves a broken Paddy on the floor, an emotional wreck. Meanwhile in the pub, Chas has come to the decision not to tell Paddy the truth yet, and is hopeful that she’s learned her lesson and she need not hurt him.

Paddy goes to the surgery and starts smashing it up in a rage. Arriving at the pub with bin bags full of clothes, he rails at Chas in front of all the villagers. He tips the bags all over the floor and tells her he wants her out of his house and out of his life, adding that he hates her. Desperate, Chas is in tears as she begs him to give her a chance to explain, but he’s adamant he wants her out and he’s disgusted by her. Chas collapses to her knees sobbing as Paddy walks away. Will Paddy ever get over Chas’ betrayal? Will Chas turn to Carl?
Elsewhere, Cain enters the house as a flustered Debbie tries to work out how to sneak Michael out. She’s frantic as she makes excuses up to get Cain out of the house and he finally relents, much to her relief. However, as she waves goodbye to Michael, she’s worried when Ryan spots them and knows something’s been going on. He covers for a grateful Debbie but how long can they keep their affair a secret?

Ashley’s team are losing the cricket match and Vincent has been taunting him throughout. As he starts praying to win, his fast bowl knocks Vincent to the ground, and he’s taken to hospital! Meanwhile, Sally’s closeness to Ashley continues to wind up Laurel and the Emmerdale team lose the match, despite Vincent’s injury.
Later, the Bishop notes that Ashley and Vincent spent the whole match goading one another and questions whether Ashley deliberately threw the ball at him. Just as Ashley and Laurel are hopeful that this is the last they’ll be seeing of Vincent and Sally, Douglas leads them into the house!
Also, Marlon’s furious when he arrives in the pub and sees Moira’s pies on the specials menu.
On Friday, Chas is furious with Carl and is beside herself with guilt over what she’s done to Paddy, who’s still devastated. Chas decides to go to the vets to speak to him, but he’s still angry and hurt, and when she can’t tell him that she loves him more than she loves Carl, he’s crushed and orders her to clear her desk and go live happily ever after with Carl.
Later, when Carl comes to see her, she’s furious that he’s assumed just because it’s over with Paddy, she’ll be with him. Carl tells an emotional Chas that he’ll wait however long it takes; he won’t lose her again. Later, Gennie continues to give Chas a hard time, making it clear she’s not wanted. Feeling she has nowhere else to go, Chas arrives on Carl’s doorstep laden with all her possessions. She tells him she doesn’t know if it’s going to work but they have to give it a try – he’s got her now and he’s given her no other choice. Can Chas and Carl make a go of it this time?

Will and Belle are sneaking around Holdgate Farm when they meet the new owners, Jai and Nikhil Sharma, who are also about to open the new sweet factory next door. As everyone gets excited about the prospect of interviews, the new bosses cause a stir when they arrive in the village with music blaring from their flashy car. However, when they arrive back at Holdgate, they realise they’re locked out and are forced to call upon the Dingles for help in breaking in…
Lisa’s keen to get both herself and Zak a job and persuades Jai to consider Zak for the drivers job. As the brothers survey their new premises, Nikhil reminds Jai that he’s the boss of their new business. The Sharmas are optimistic about what the future holds for them in Emmerdale. How will they adapt to life in the village?
Gennie and Jamie are still trying to get together, while Bob does everything he can to keep them apart. He’s worried when Jamie tells him he’s asking her out as soon as he gets a chance. Will he be able to hold off their romance any longer?
Also, Ashley tells Laurel what a bad state Paddy’s in and she asks if that’s how he was when Sally broke up with him. Ashley evades the subject and Laurel assures him they never have to see Sally and Vincent again.
