This summer Channel 4 will screen a new series which does exactly what it says on the tin. Cook Yourself Thin gives viewers the opportunity to do just that.
The average woman spends 30 years of her life dieting but 60% are still overweight.
Clearly, diets don’t work, so forget them. Most of us are not obese, we don’t need to overhaul our diets, we just want to drop a dress size.
Cook Yourself Thin TV show is hosted by Harry, Gizzi, Sal and Sophie - 4 cool cooks who regularly have their cake, eat it and still look gorgeous.
Armed with their skinny secrets and a ballistic bomb calorie counter, they will prove that you can drop a dress size in six weeks and still enjoy your favourite foods.
The fabulous four are serious foodies, who won’t make any compromises when it comes to flavour - their dishes first and foremost must taste great. They will show you their tricks - how to double the taste whilst halving the calories. These girls don’t do denial. Burgers, curries, and chocolate cake are all on the menu and won’t pile on the pounds if you cook it their way.
So if you want to streamline those curves, get yourself back into the kitchen and Cook Yourself Thin.

More of the same. People making money out of weight loss. LETS KEEP SPINNING IT AROUND AND CHANGING THE GOAL POSTS. WE ALL KNOW DIETING IS ABOUT EATING HEALTHY FOODS, WHICH EVEN THE MOST IDIOTIC PERSON MUST UNDERSTAND BY NOW, SURELY. ALSO EXERICE SUCH AS AEROBIC IN SOME FORM ETC. ETC AD NAUSEUM. You probably will not reply.
will anyone take this new series seriously?
or more important…will anyone watch it?
who knows it could prove sucessful!
i wish it all the best.
Quote from The Guardian Guide; “…at the end of having eaten their recipes for 6 weeks, she’s dropped two dress sizes! Amazing! Unless you pay attention to the large caption which explains she’s also been ‘encouraged to exercise’, that is. Perhaps, in the new TV spirit of truth and honesty, it should be renamed “Cook Completely different things and jog yourself thin” Instead…”
Surely anything that gives people ideas on how to cook good food without millions of calories is a great thing? Its not going to change the world but people have to take responsibility for their own actions and any ideas or inspiration on ways to achieve a healthier body should be welcomed. After all, it is only a TV programme….!
Cook yourself thin.
Great Title.
Beautiful Presenters
And everything they cooked looked good.
Jamie tomatoes looked great too.
Come over to my place and cook, I will obviously help.
I enjoy cooking.
I need to get down from 111kg TO 90kg WITHOUT STARVING
helpppppppppppppppppppp
I thought this programme was a good way to teach people how to cook properly without using loads of fat, and still be able to eat delicious food. Its just showing people to eat more nutritiously rather than living on microwave diet meals, even if they dont lose weight. Some people still dont understand how to eat healthy so therefore programmes like this are a great idea. The girls arent exactly skinny, ( at size 12 and 14 ) but their not overweight either, their just normal girls who like to eat normal british food, isnt that something to celebrate?

Just one problem, none of the presenters is actually thin. Not really selling it to me. Just eat what you like and go for a run instead of watching posh girls eat.
I think the show is truelly amazing!
The comment that Olly made was completly untrue. One of the presenters is very skinny but just right for her build and the rest look wonderful. The diet dosent strave you at all and can it really be called a diet more like a slight change in the way you cook and your on your way to a smaller dress size its fantastic!
