Antony Cotton has just signed a deal with ITV that will see him remaining on Coronation Street as Sean Tully for the next two years.

“I look forward to some exciting new storylines in the Street and developing future programme ideas with ITV,” Cotton told The Sun.

Cotton is also said to have signed another £120,000 contract for his own ITV gameshow, the details of which are yet to be announced.

An ITV source added: “He’s done well with his talkshow. Now we want him to try his hand at something different. A new gameshow is a big possibility.”
