Coronation Street factory boss, Carla Connor, gets her face slapped this week as she comes face to face with her lovers wife.

Carla has just finished boasting to brother-in-law Liam about her night of passion with catalogue boss Tony when his wife Lindsey appears.

A soap insider told The Daily Star: “After Carla is smacked to the floor Liam chases after Lindsey.

“When confronted, Lindsey reveals she was still with Tony when he started seeing Carla.

“Worried about what Carla has got herself into, Liam has it out with Carla and tries to convince her that Tony is a serial womaniser.

“But when the bolshie businesswoman confronts Tony he quickly manages to get out of her bad books and back into her bed.”
