Janice Battersby may not be a paragon of virtue, but even she draws the line at torching your own restaurant!

In Coronation Street this week Janice discovers that Leanne was behind the burning down of her restaurant and that she is letting Paul take the blame from the police. So she tells her step daughter to sling her hook and find somewhere else to live!

Janice (Vicky Entwistle, 39) angrily tells Leanne: “You torched the place! Someone could have been killed! Sometimes I think there’s summat up with your head. You seem to get off on doing dodgy things.

“First you go on the game and now this. And to think I used to be so proud of you.

“Well I’m not sticking up for you anymore, so pack your bags and get out.”

A show insider told The Daily Star: “Leanne is suddenly back where she started all those months ago. But will she go back on the game to pay her way?”
