We told you yesterday about Martha, Ken’s new love interest who is played by Stephanie Beacham, and today it has emerged that as well as snogging the eccentric artist Ken also tells her that his wife is dead.

Poor Deirdre of course is well and truly alive and at home slaving over a hot oven while Ken is getting his jollies off down at the canal. Who would have thought there would be so much life left in the old dog!
