Ken Barlow is said to be all set to admit to his affair to his wife Deirdre and break up with her for the umpteenth time!

Ken has been seeing Martha on the boat for weeks now, though she is under the impression that his wife is dead. Now’s he’s fallen for her — and decides to leave Deirdre, played by Anne Kirkbride. Worse still he decides that the best way to tell her is to leave a note!

A source told The Sun: “This is their second marriage and they’ve both cheated in the past. But she is happy now and has no idea he’s cheating. She will be devastated if she opens the letter.”
