Well, this is a Corrie calendar picture if ever we saw one! Coronation Street stars, Kym Marsh and Alison King have been pictured kissing at the Hearts And Minds Challenge Charity Ball in Manchester last night.
Pictures in today’s Sun newspaper show Alison, who plays home-wrecker Carla Connor in the hit ITV1 soap, looking rather glam in a black and gold prom-style dress, puckering up to Kym, who plays factory PA Michelle in the show and who has recently married her long-term ex Hollyoaks partner, Jamie Lomas, looked equally fabulous in a curve clinging low-cut black body con dress.
The pair, who play sister-in-law on the show, looked incredibly playful as they posed for the camera, holding hands and kissing at the bash, held to raise awareness for the heart charity, although we feel they may have done certain hearts more damage than good in these teasing pics.
King, who is separated from her fiancé Adam Huckett who is the sound engineers at the Manchester soap, is due to return to our Corrie screens shortly, after 6 months off with her on-screen partner, Chris Gascoyne, who plays Peter Barlow.
The pair were given the time off after two years of continual leading storylines including a rape and an explosion, and were last seen on our screens in the summer as they attempted to kidnap Peter’s son, Simon, to embark on a new life away. Peter’s ex-wife, Leanne (Jane Danson) managed to stop them from taking the young lad, but the couple decided to head off anyway.
They are set to return just as Leanne is getting ready to marry her first husband, Nick (Ben Price) again, so viewers are sure to be in for some serious drama, especially when Peter finds out it is their intention to keep custody of Simon in this new family unit. Fans of the show will know how there is a long rivalry between the two alpha-males after Peter discovered that Leanne and Nick had been having an affair before he married her.

Coronation Street can be seen Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings on ITV1/ITV1 HD.
