Underworld boss, Liam Connor launches a furious attack on a man he believes to be following his teenage nephew in an upcoming Coronation Street storyline.

As Ryan’s uncle and only living male relative, Liam feels responsible when Ryan mentions that he thinks a strange man has been following him home from school.

Liam sets up a sting and reacts crazily when he sees the man trying to lure Ryan into his car, an insider told The Daily Star:

“Liam goes nuts. He thinks this guy is trying to hurt Ryan.

“As both Ryan’s dad Dean and uncle Paul are dead, Liam feels responsible for the lad.”
