Panic is about to hit households across the UK. Millions of us sit down four times a week with a cup of tea in hand, ready for the next installment of life in Coronation Street.

However, ITV are considering throwing this nationwide routine into chaos and moving the show to the later time of 8.30pm instead.

ITV bosses are said to be re-working their entire evening schedule and they are said to believe that if they air Corrie an hour later, it will help them build their viewing figures for their traditional 9pm drama series’.

What I want to know is what am I supposed to fill my time with between Emmerdale at 7pm and Corrie at 8.30. At this rate I’ll be infront of my TV all night!
