Coronation Street actor Michael Le Vell his threatened to leave the show if his character doesn’t change his ways.

Michael plays Kevin Webster on the ITV soap and says that if he doesn’t end his sordid affair with young Molly Dobbs, then he will leave the show.

Michael told The Sun: “If Sally’s cancer doesn’t end the affair and Kevin’s got no remorse towards her then I’m leaving because I can’t be putting up with it.

“If he carries on with Molly he doesn’t deserve to be in the family unit, it’s as simple as that.”

He continued: “I hope Kevin gives all of his backing to Sally because if he doesn’t he’s a bigger b*****d than I thought he was.”

He explained: “I feel most sorry for Tyrone. Sally’s had her share of affairs but Tyrone’s done no harm to anyone.”

I totally agree with Michael………the storyline is absolutely farcical, even for Corrie!!!!!

  2. Dee Reich says:

Here’s hoping Corrie amends the storyline, DO NOT want to see Kevin/Michael leave the show!!!

I agree with Kevin, this is not like him, I have always love this family, Sally wines to much, but other than that they are great together, and with this scare of the “C” word now, Kev needs to be there no matter what and not with this flousie, we must remember how she got Tyron by her sceeming. Now back to Kev, NO he should NOT be with Molly and with Sally. They are the good/great and most stable family on Corrie

Is that a gaurantee or more showbusiness bluff. This isnt for real son or are you afraid of getting lamped in the street.

Chris I thought Kevin was acting as a whinner loser, who for some weird reason thinks he is tough. Now that I hear his real-life persona I realize he is just being himself. Have the affair and let die a quiet death. Not all affairs have to have a moral judgement ending. The future uneasiness when with their spouses and each other is enough.

Regular viewer since 1967! Corrie fans are the best!
