Mature student and most annoying Coronation Street resident, Sally Webster makes a move on her tutor John Stape tonight, without realising that the man has already bedded her daughter.

An insider tells The Daily Star: “Sally has been getting closer and closer to John due to all the time she is spending with him learning English literature.

“She feels he is the only person who really understands why she is wanting to better herself. But when she comes clean about her feelings John can’t get out of the room fast enough. John later tells Rosie what has happened.

“Rosie is horrified at the thought her mum has come on to her man but she knows she can’t say anything to anyone.”
