Coronation Street Spoiler: Tyrone Dobbs to reunite with former lover Fiz Stape?

by Anna Howell

Oh dear, things are set to get even more dramatic and messy for Coronation Street favourite, Tyrone Dobbs, as he embarks on an affair with ex-girlfriend, Fiz Stape!

Fans of the award-winning ITV soap will know how poor Tyrone (Alan Halsall) has spent recent months on the receiving end of violent outbursts from his fiancée, Kirsty Soames (Natalie Gumede), but when he turns to old pal Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) for support, one thing leads to another and their old flame is reignited once again.

New dad Tyrone has worked tirelessly at his relationship with nutty former police woman, Kirsty, blaming himself and her pregnancy for her repeated domestic abuse of him, but is finally starting to realise that the problem is actually her.

Unable to simply walk away for fear of losing his daughter, Ruby, as well as desperately wanting to protect her from her aggressive mum, Tyrone had accepted his life was not set to be a happy one, but after speaking to Fiz soon realises that he needs a new plan.

And so he begins plotting an escape, but overly paranoid Kirsty, who has already accused him of having an affair with Fiz in the past, soon gets wind that something is not right.

She focusses her efforts of Fiz, sabotaging her machine at the factory causing the widowed mum of one an injury, but whilst Fiz is very well aware of what is happening, she will have a hard time convincing people that Kirsty is out to get her.

Fiz and Ty back in the day!

Tyrone and Fiz had a brief fling back in 2002 after Fiz successfully managed to split Tyrone and Maria (Samia Ghadie) up before moving in on him herself, but since then the two have remained firm friends and fans of the show had always secretly hoped they would one day get back together, but one thing is for sure, Kirsty’s temper is set to try their happiness!

Having already attacked Tyrone several times, as well as trashing her home when the baby wouldn’t stop crying, it is rather frightening to think what level Kirsty’s temper will reach when she actually has a real reason to be mad!
