Coronation Street Spoilers: When Owen threatens to sue Stella Price, she puts the Rovers up for sale! But what’s Gloria about to confess? (VIDEO)

Fans of Coronation Street will know that Stella Price (Michelle Collins) was horrified to learn that the insurance company wouldn’t pay out for the fire damage at the Rovers, and of course, given Owen Armstrong (Ian Puleston-Davies) had begun work on the refit, that news left Stella with a whole heap of debt…

So, facing financial ruin, it seemed Stella’s prayers could be answered when her daughter Leanne (Jane Danson) offered to lend her the cash she needs, but only on condition that she end her romance with Karl Munro (John Michie).

Stella of course refused so now, she’s right back at square one, and to make matters worse, on Monday, May 13, she’ll get a letter from Owen’s solicitors informing her he’s suing over the unpaid building work…

Realising she has no choice, Stella contacts an estate agent and puts the pub on the market, knowing that she will only get a fraction of its true worth, given that it’s a burnt out shell.

Meanwhile, she also has to put up with the indignity of working as a cleaner at the Bistro while Gail McIntyre (Helen Worth) enjoys lording it over her at every available opportunity.

However, in the episode that airs on Wednesday, May 15, Stella’s mum Gloria (Sue Johnston) is set to make an admission that will rock her family, but could it be the answer to Stella’s problems?
