Terry Duckworth is to rear his nasty head again at his mums funeral next month and manages to cause trouble yet again!

Terry waltzes into the funeral and fails to recognise his own son Paul.

Tom Hudson, who plays Paul, told The Sun: “It’s only when Jack explains to Terry that Paul is his son that Terry clocks on.

“Paul’s not seen his dad since he was seven and when they’re reunited and his own father doesn’t recognise him, he sees him for what he is and decides to cut his ties with him completely.”

Jack is another one who is not too pleased to see his son again.

“Terry doesn’t really provide any comfort to Jack as they don’t have a strong relationship,” said Tom. “It was Vera who always defended Terry.

“The only comfort to Jack is that he knows Vera would have wanted him there and he’s glad that Terry’s made the effort to come.”

“Everybody’s devastated and struggling to come to terms with her death,” said Tom. “But obviously Jack is just distraught and inconsolable. Everybody’s really worried about him and has to put their own emotions to one side.”
