It seems that Coronation Street’s Tony has gotten used to killing people who stand in his way and this Christmas we will see him committ murder for the second time this year.

Just weeks ago Tony arranged for his best man, Liam Connor, to be killed in a hit and run accident and on Christmas Eve we will see him strangle a pensioner with a sexy negligee he bought for his wife Carla.

A top soap source told The Sun: “Viewers are in no doubt about Tony’s ruthless streak but when he strangles Jed it’s a big shock. He coolly paid someone to bump off Liam so viewers will be stunned to see him fly into a psychotic rage himself.”
