Coronation Street star, Kym Marsh, has come out and said that she felt “annoyed, upset and angry” when news broke about her  fiancé Jamie Lomas‘s alleged infidelity.

Despite this, the actress, who found fame on ITV reality talent show, Popstars, before joining the popular ITV soap as barmaid Michelle Connor, has reportedly decided to stand by her man!

Speaking to OK! magazine, Marsh, who has a fourteen month daughter with the former Hollyoaks actor, said: “He told me it was untrue so I believe him. I know my own fella and I know what he would and wouldn’t do.”

Lomas, who’s sister, Emmerdale actress Charley Webb, is best friends with Marsh,  is accused of kissing Katie Moores, however he insists that the care worker was manipulating the situation for her own financial gain, saying:  ”I passed out and that’s when this girl has seized her opportunity to try and make some money.”

After the allegations leaked, it was feared that more girls would come forward with more kiss and tell stories regarding Lomas, but none did.  Whilst Marsh publicly rubished the claims, rumour has it that she put the brakes on their wedding plans.
