Corrie: It’s a dog’s life for Max George as Michelle Keegan tells him to bog off, adding “Puppy Pip is mine!”
As fans of Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan will doubtless know, she’s ended her relationship with The Wanted singer Max George after it was revealed by his former girlfriend that Max had sent her sexy emails and texts the whole time he was dating Michelle.
And of course, Michelle – who plays Tina McIntyre – and Max were engaged last year, but they broke it off after cracks began to appear in their relationship, largely due to his commitment to tour the world with his band.
However, during their courtship, Max bought Michelle a Chihuahua puppy that she named Pippy, and according to the Daily Mirror, he now wants visitation rights to the pup, which Michelle has refused.
It’s always the little ones that suffer isn’t it?
An unnamed source told the paper, “He’s not on great terms with Michelle at the moment, especially after the whole sex text thing.
“She won’t pick up the phone to him and has made it clear through the small conversations they’ve had he hasn’t got a chance of visiting his pup.
“Max has had a hell of a week. He’s been so down about everything that’s happened and has been working really hard to try and take his mind off things.
“Max loves the dog and if he wasn’t on tour so much he would have Pip living with him.
“He’s absolutely gutted about it, he had grown so close to him and feels like he’s lost one of his best mates.
“To not even be able to pop in and see him, or take him for a walk from time to time has really upset him…
“He loved that dog and is furious that even though he splashed the cash on it, he’ll never see it again.”
Bless. Or, y’know, not.
