When Coronation Street’s David Platt returns from his holiday in Cyprus, he does so with a wife to be!

Having been away for two weeks, we have heard the occasional update from his mother with regards to his holiday, but soon they start to include a girl he has met, which turns out to be…. Becky’s sister Kylie!

David (Jack P Shepherd) is set to return to the Street with Kylie (Paula Lane) in tow, announcing to his long suffering mother, Gail (Helen Worth), that the mouthy bad girl is coming to live with them.

Kylie’s return causes panic for Steve (Simon Gregson) and Becky (Katherine Kelly) who recently ‘bought’ her son Max from her on the understanding that she left the country, but she soon assures them that she is not back for Max, but just to be with David.

Plans for their wedding get under way, much to the disapproval of pretty much everyone, which only encourages the pair.

Meanwhile, Xin (Elizabeth Tan) is set for more bad luck when her visa runs out, so Tina (Michelle Keegan) and Graeme (Craig Gazey) come up with a plan to help her stay in the country, marrying Graeme!

The two weddings are set for the same day, but do not look set to have fairytale endings.

Whilst it is unsaid it either wedding goes ahead, it has been claimed that the strain on Tina and Graeme’s relationship will fall under the pressure of the green card fraud. The appearance of hunky Tommy Duckworth, who catches Tina’s eye, doesn’t help either!
