Friends star Courtney Cox has denied rumours that a spin-off film of the hugely popular show will be made.

In an interview with the Daily Mirror, Cox was asked if it’s true the film is in the pipeline, and she replied, “That would be a negative.

“We’re not. I can’t imagine it. I don’t know. I just can’t imagine that happening.

“I always thought we should have done a Thanksgiving episode. Once a year, all the ‘Friends’ should get back together and do one episode. And it didn’t happen…

“I really thought that would be a good idea. But no one’s listening.”

I would love to see a follow-up film, but better yet, a whole new series! On the subject of Friends, how long do you reckon E4 can carry on looping the series? I always put it on at 5pm; it’d feel weird not to, but I’m wondering if eventually, everyone will just get fed up of seeing it?
