Courtney Cox To Star In Cougar Town
Courtney Cox has signed on to play the role of a mother with a 17-year-old son in new American drama, ‘Cougar Town‘.
For those of you not down with the kids, ‘Cougar’ is slang for a woman on the prowl for a toyboy.
The show will be written by Scrubs duo Bill Lawrence and Kevin Biegel and it isn’t surprising that they chose Cox for the role after her recent appearance on the medical comedy.
Lawrence said: “People don’t do the reality, but there is real comedy about a woman who is talking about Botox and having sex with lights on.”
