Horatio is in court today to testify against Sonya Barak, a suspected terrorist accused of being involved in the kidnapping of entrepreneur Peter Kinkella’s family (see episode nine, ‘Going, Going, Gone’). However, despite Horatio’s testimony,
Sonya is released on $1 million bail and smugly exits the courthouse with her lawyer, Russell Tanninger.
