French dance duo Daft Punk are well known for their music but the DJs themselves don’t tend to appear often on TV except for last night.

At the MTV VMAs the duo, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter appeared to reveal the music video for their new track ‘Lose Yourself To Dance’ which features Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams once again.

‘Lose Yourself To Dance’ will be the follow up single to their smash hit ‘Get Lucky’ which once again featured Chic’s Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams.

Daft Punk shot to popularity in the late 1990’s and have released a number of hit singles and top selling albums.

A Daft Punk show is well known for it’s lighting and visual elements as the DJ’s remain behind their booth for the show so visual aids help keep the audience entertained – of course along with the music.

The track ‘Lose Yourself To Dance’ is taken from the duo’s latest album ‘Random Access Memories’ and the video is similar to that of the teaser for ‘Get Lucky’.

The video sees the four-piece perform together wearing some dazzling outfits – which may require you to wear sunglasses or adjust the brightness on your screen. During the video the camera zooms out to reveal the band who are performing on a pyramid in a club which in turn is covered in people dancing to the catchy track.

For Daft Punk ‘Get Lucky’ has proven to be just another success story for the band with it being one of the biggest selling singles of 2013 – along with their new album ‘Random Access Memories’ which received a mixed reception from critics with some saying it wasn’t what they would have expected from the duo.

Watch the video below for the new single ‘Lose Yourself To Dance’ which as of yet hasn’t been given an official release date. The video premiered last night at the MTV VMAs before Taylor Swift presented the duo with an award
