Little Britain star, David Walliams has signed a two book publishing deal which will see him write a duo of children’s stories.

Harper Collins have described Walliams debut book as “a humorous, classic tale that features an engaging boy hero”. The book will be aimed at children aged 8-12, but the company are sure it will also appeal to many adults.

Walliams said: “I am thrilled to be writing a children’s book, and hope the story will be funny and thought-provoking.”
