Desperate Housewives Spinoff Planned
Reports have emerged that two Desperate Housewives stars are reportedly in talks for their own spinoff series.
What’s On TV state that elderly sisters Karen and Roberta McCluskey (Kathryn Joosten and Lily Tomlin), have been approached by ABC about possibly starring in a spinoff.
A source claimed that the network is currently working on getting Housewives creator Marc Cherry on board and that the show would be similar ot The Golden Girls, which Cherry worked on in the 80’s.
A source stated: “Cherry clearly knows how to write for these two actresses. And we would love to have him involved.”
