Calling all Doctor Who fans, we have the latest gossip instalment regarding the new series!

The latest episode is a Wild West adventure, and has been written by Being Human creator, Toby Whithouse!

The episode, named A Town Called Mercy, will see the Doctor, played by Matt Smith, accompanied by his side kicks, Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) and Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill) in a typical, dusty road type of setting.

The episode, which is due to air this Saturday, will also feature guest performances from US star Ben Browder, from Farscape and Stargate SG-1 and Garrick Hagon from Star Wars!

The Doctor will be involved in a conflict between an alien figure and a cyborg killer known as The Gunslinger, played by Andrew Brooke, and is set to be a huge contender in the weekly Saturday viewing figure battle!
