Doctor Who: Freema Agyeman Axed!
Doctor Who actress, Freema Agyeman, has been told that she won’t be back for the next series of the popular Sci-Fi TV show.
It is thought that the Doctor will loose Martha (played by Agyeman) and travel through the universe searching for her.
A source said: “Freema is very talented but we don’t think she is just right on Doctor Who. None of this is being done with any malice. Freema’s a lovely girl.”
I have to agree. While she is a good actress, I just don’t find myself connecting with Martha as I did with Rose, something is just not there….any thoughts?

If you’ll check Freema’s main fansite, freemaagyeman.com, the BBC have issued them a statement saying, and I quote, “rubbish.”
Freema’s doing fine.

I’m having a hard time believing this story. I think Freema is great on the series and I like her character. She may not have the same connection to the Doctor as Rose does and I think that’s perfect. Not all companions should be carbon copies, or we’d still see all the female leads screaming their heads off and doing the infamous doctor who leg twist. You know what I mean.

Please check your source properly before posting stuff like this, she hasn’t been axed it’s a nasty Tabloid newspaper rumour from The Sun.

Freema is a great companion, Billy was a great sidekick, but Rose was the same throughout two whole series. Martha on the other hand has grown and grown. I hope she will be back as i think she and the doctor fit so well together.

Martha is a woman who can think for herself and actually challenges the doctor they make a great team professionally and otherwise.

Rubbish is right. I actually found myself connected to her quite quickly. I think it was a mistake, this new person looks … okkkk … whatever. A mistake, most definitely.
