Doctor Who: Michelle Ryan’s Not The New Assistant!
Michelle Ryan has tried to quash rumours that she will be playing the Doctor’s new assistant next year.
Michelle returns to our screens next week as Lady Christina De Souza in the Doctor Who Easter special, but insists that she won’t be returning as a full time character when Matt Smith takes over next year.
Michelle, 24, told The Sun: “I see Christina as someone who is around for this one-time adventure.
“Please don’t put your bets on me being the next assistant. You would be wasting your time.
“Doctor Who is amazing but I think people presume, ‘Why wouldn’t I want to do it as a regular thing?’ I’m a commitment-phobe.”

Really hope she isn’t the new assitant, I thought she was one of the most annoying , unbeliveable characters we’ve ever seen on Dr Who …. cardboard cutouts of any of the recent assitants would be better than her !
