Diane Keen who plays practice manager Julia McGuire in BBC daytime soap, Doctors is afdamant that Doctors is good enough for a primetime repeat, one that would bring them many more viewers.
Diane spoke to The Sun, saying:
“We get 2.5 million viewers each week day and I think we are certainly good enough for a prime time repeat.
“Our standards of writing and acting are excellent. It would be great to be repeated in the evenings or to get an omnibus edition at weekends as we would win a huge new audience.”

Doctors is a well produced show and Diane Keen is an excellent actress who appeals across generations - why not repeat the show on BBC3 in the early evening?
Ms Keen is right.
The daytime audience is a very respectable size. Do as Ian says and trial it on BBC3
Please could you repeat Dr’s at some other time as it is not always possible to catch it in the day time.
