As we reported earlier this year, the cast of Downton Abbey had been spotted out and about filming scenes for the new series of the show, in particular the first episode which features Matthew Crawley’s funeral – and now Digital Spy have published some pictures to show you!
Fans of the hit ITV period drama will know, Matthew Crawley (Dan Stevens) was killed in a car crash during last year’s Christmas special, leaving his new wife, Mary (Michelle Dockery) as a widow, and new mother to their just born son.

Fans of Coronation Street will no doubt know that stars Michael Le Vell – who plays the role of Kevin Webster – and Bill Roache, as well as former Corrie actor Andrew Lancel, are all currently battling to clear their names having been accused of a variety of sexual offences…
And it’s been reported today that a new allegation against a fourth cast member has rocked the show’s cast and crew.
The Sun’s TV Biz reports, “A FOURTH Corrie star accused of being a paedo was last night said to have preyed on a girl of 12 hunting autographs at the show’s TV studios.” Read more & comment »

Despite the series seven finale of doctor Who tonight being one of the most anticipated episode’s in the show’s history, fans are concerned that the BBC may be ready to pull the plug on the show again due to “dodgy storylines”, the Daily Mail newspaper reports.
Fans of the hit BBC family sci-fi entertainment show will know how tonight’s episode, The Name of the Doctor, is set to reveal not only the true identity of the current Time Lord’s (Matt Smith) new companion, Clara Oswald (Jenna-Louise Coleman), but also possibly the greatest ever secret of the Doctor’s himself!

With only one day left to go to the series 7 finale of Doctor Who, the BBC have released more pictures of what we can expect.
Guest starring Alex Kingston as River Song, Neve McIntosh as Madame Vastra, Dan Starkey as Strax, and Catrin Stewart as Jenny, The Name of the Doctor will see Clara summoned to an impossible conference call, alerting her that the deadly Whisper Men are closing in on Vastra, Jenny and Strax.

It would seem that the break between episode’s two and three of the third series of Sherlock has ended, as its main stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman have been spotted filming again, in Cardiff Centre!
Episodes one and two of the third Sherlock series, entitled The Empty Hearse and The Sign of Three, have already been filmed, with a scheduled break planned before production of the third and final episode of series three commences.

As fans of Coronation Street will know, Gloria Price (Sue Johnston) told her astounded family this week that she in fact has £80,000 sitting in her bank account, and that being the case, she could – and will – save the Rovers…
Her daughter Stella (Michelle Collins) was forced to put the burned out pub on the market after her insurance company refused to pay out for the fire damage after they learned that the arsonist had keys to the place.
Stella was of course devastated, and to make matter worse, builder Owen Armstrong (Ian Puleston-Davies) threatened to sue her for the thousands he’d shelled out as he began the refurbishment of the iconic pub. Read more & comment »

When Samantha Womack left EastEnders two years ago – at the climax of the cot death and baby swap storyline which saw her character Ronnie Branning imprisoned – it was under something of a cloud given that Samantha had found the plotline “stressful and emotional.”
Poor Samantha was even harangued in the street while out with her husband and children by fans who evidently can’t tell the difference between reality and fantasy, and all in all, after quitting the show to star in a musical, Samantha said she had no regrets about leaving the BBC soap.
However, it’s been revealed today that Samantha is in fact coming back to the show to reprise her role as Ronnie, who, as viewers will know, has recently been freed from prison. Read more & comment »

The Originals will be spun-off from Salvatore focused programme and will centre around the three of the world’s original vampires, the Mikaelson siblings, Klaus (Joseph Morgan), Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Rebekah (Claire Holt).
